Jeorge Asare-Djan
Jeorge Asare-Djan is a director of the Black Secret, an artist, author, cultural film commentator and lecturer. As an artist and designer, he has contributed his talents to many ‘African centred projects’ including the long running series ‘Black Scientist and Inventors’ books 1 to 8. Being responsible for creating the covers, design templates, page layouts, graphical features, as well as contributing original illustrations and proof reading of all written content used within. With over 25 years of experience of working in the fields of publishing and printed media, he has designed many products of an educational nature aimed at children and young people, from books,magazines, posters, calendars, greeting cards and other printed materials.
As a director of the Black Secret, he has been the chief architect of its advertising campaigns across various media and online platforms, with experience and a developed understanding of how to present ‘history’ and ‘African centred’ content in an impactful manner. Which he has now extended into the fields of podcasting, interviewing and online cultural commentary. He is the main presenter for The Black Secret’s flagship live Town Hall Forums and has featured on various cultural podcast shows. Bro. Jeorge is also about to launch his own podcast show celebrating the African presence in Film & Culture. Jeorge also has more than a decade of experience lecturing, presenting and running workshops particularly in the areas of Spirituality and Self-help. Producing original workshops on subjects such as ‘How to work with the intuition’ and ‘Using Creativity to unlock Your Inner Potential’. He has recently completed his first manuscript on the subject of Spirituality called, ‘Dawn of the Elementals’.
