THE NOLLY-OH! SHORT-CUT SHOWCASE

Following our sold-out screening in October, we’re thrilled to bring you another evening of cinema and conversation in collaboration with The Royal Society of Arts

This screening will bring audiences and filmmakers together, to explore stories that challenge, inspire, entertain, and celebrate the powerful narratives and diversity within Black storytelling.

We’ll begin with opening remarks before diving straight into four short films:

  • Simisola Akande – The Archive: Queer Nigerians

  • Adekemi Roluga – Fragments

  • Jeremiah Towolawi - MISSED

  • Joan Iyiola - Dọlápọ̀ Is Fine

After the screening, we will have a Q&A with the filmmakers, exploring their creative journeys, inspirations and the themes that shaped their work- so stick around!
