Morgana Melvin

Morgana Melvin is the BFI Filmmaking Fund’s Senior Inclusion & Industry Manager, leading on all of the teams equity, diversity and inclusion priorities and programmes for crew and filmmakers. She also works across wellbeing and the Diversity. Standards development for feature film production.

Morgana has worked across multiple areas of the UK independent film industry starting in Sales Agents’ HanWay Films, then with producers Graham Broadbent and Pete Czernin at Blueprint Pictures and more recently as an Agent at Sara Putt Associates where she championed crew from underrepresented groups.
