Health Defence CIC was founded by Max Wallace in 2020. An Ex-professional boxer and fitness instructor. Using non-contact boxing and kickboxing to maintain health but to get people on a healthy trajectory. His fitness programme centres on mentoring, fitness, vegan food and counselling to promote over-all health and well-being.
