Health Defence CIC:

Health Defence CIC was founded by Max Wallace in 2020. An Ex-professional boxer and fitness instructor. Using non-contact boxing and kickboxing to maintain health but to get people on a healthy trajectory. His fitness programme centres on mentoring, fitness, vegan food and counselling to promote over-all health and well-being.

Due to no entry charge and Health Defence CIC being a not for profit organisation donations on the night will be gladly accepted.

No children under 12 years old allowed.

Admission is on a first come, first served basis.
