The latest offering from The Conjuring Universe, will likely see fans leave satisfied, getting everything they expect: a chilling haunted house setting, tension building jump scares, the inevitable final showdown with evil forces - the usual chills and thrills. Whilst, the film rarely strays from this well-worn formula, and is thus far from groundbreaking, it is effective enough to keep audiences coming back for one Last Rite.
