A young Sahrawi woman faces deportation to Western Sahara, struggling to readjust to her homeland and confront family tensions sparked by her earlier departure.

Maryam is deported from Spain to Morocco, after getting arrested for drug trafficking. She experiences a bittersweet return to her Saharawi life, as she struggles to integrate her new self to her old ways. As the hope to return to Spain dies out, she gradually gains more authority in her reconnection with her homeland.
