TNB BHM 2013
In partnership with Birkbeck, University of London, TNB Festival presents a Black History Month Programme, which examines how 'knowledge' of self, culture, politics and race can shape a generation. Education is the weapon against ignorance so this season of films and panel discussions tackles issues, stereotypes and historical assumptions that have burdened the Black community.
Thanks to the generosity of Birkbeck and to engage the wider community, The Stuart Hall Project, Broken on All Sides and Who Needs a Heart screenings, with Q&As from Birkbeck lecturers, are free to the public so book fast!
If you have films that you would like to screen or see, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
